Our Team
Rosemary has over 15 years of real estate investment experience. She launched her career at age 21, negotiating land subdivisions and managing construction projects. Rosemary quickly found her niche—identifying undervalued real estate in emerging L.A. neighborhoods and pairing them with private and institutional investors for acquisition and development. She assembles teams of architects, engineers, designers and contractors to bring properties to their highest value and best use, seeing projects to completion through to sales and leasing. With her years of hands-on work in every stage of construction, Rosemary is also proficient with home and multi-family unit design. She has sourced and developed over $150 million worth of real estate. Rosemary is the rare real estate professional with the expert skills and vast network to offer inception-to-completion, results-based service.
Michael has 15 years experience in the hyper-competitive Los Angeles real estate market, where he cut his teeth buying, selling and managing multiple multi-unit income properties and single family residences. In addition to pinpointing growing neighborhoods for investment, he manages a premiere 15 unit ocean front apartment building in Venice Beach with his signature brand of professionalism and chill equanimity. Michael prides himself on his no-nonsense, detail-oriented and laid back approach to business — delivered with the highest level of integrity. In his spare time, Michael is an avid surfer who teaches drums and performs around L.A.
A true renaissance woman, Diane has over 30 years of real estate experience across property management and client-vendor partnerships.
California-born and one of eight children, Diane began honing her negotiation skills very young. While living in Colorado over 25 years, she launched her real estate career, spearheading projects on both the interior design and construction side of the hospitality and residential real estate industries.
For the past five years Diane has led purchasing and design for one of Southern California’s premier female builders, KKC Fine Homes & Development. Diane oversaw the management and leasing of KKC’S full rental portfolio, comprised of 25 residential and commercial properties. From tile design and sales to client development, to project management of multi-year construction projects, Diane has touched every corner of the business. Diane’s tenacious work ethic, passion for problem solving and ability to form meaningful relationships throughout the industry make her an invaluable partner in your next real estate venture.
